About Hayley Eyre

Hayley’s love of movement started at a young age when she began dance classes. As she got older, she focused her energy on ballet, training intensively with the Atlanta Ballet and various summer programs around the country. Part of her training included Pilates.

After graduating high school early, Hayley began dancing full time for the Atlanta Ballet. During that time Hayley relied upon Pilates to help her recover from injuries. After retiring from the dance world, Pilates has always been her go-to work out. In 2011, Hayley decided to pursue her comprehensive Pilates certification through Polestar Pilates. Following completion of her certification, she also completed her PMA certification. Since then, Hayley has had the privilege of training under and teaching alongside wonderful instructors and physical therapists. Prior to opening her own studio, Hayley taught in a physical therapy clinic which allowed her to work with many clients recovering from various injuries and surgeries.

Hayley routinely attends continuing education workshops in order to keep her apprised of the latest in the Pilates and physical therapy worlds. Hayley is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through Pilates. When she is not in the studio teaching or practicing, Hayley enjoys spending her time with her wonderfully supportive husband, Brandon, their three sweet and adorable children, Lincoln, Lyra, and London, and their many pets!

Julie Anne Smith is a certified Pilates instructor and health coach.

Her journey in movement started in college while training under a bodybuilding coach and practicing yoga at a local studio. She then developed a love for Pilates which felt to her like combining her love for body building and yoga into one career. Her foundation in Pilates comes from a rehabilitative perspective, certified through Polestar Pilates, and allows her to work with many people at different ranges of fitness and mobility.

After years of teaching, Julie Anne realized that her clients needed  more support than just movement. In early 2019, she began her journey into integrative health through curiosity in and love for her clients. She now coaches from a whole person perspective of health as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, through New York’s Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Currently, Julie Anne is still passionate about what she does and all of her clients after many years of teaching and continuous training and certifications. “I really want to always be learning and growing and transferring that to others,” Julie Anne says. “It is so amazing to see people who have lost their power and confidence of movement or health gain that back by working with them from their level of understanding and fitness. It’s a journey, not a destination; and it’s not just information, it’s transformation.”
